I have a Seagate 14 TB drive model st14000nm001g-2kj103-002 connected by USB used to copy data & backupsI ran a few diagnostic tools, Seagate seatools for windows, western digital dashboard, windows disk check, and chkdsk from command prompt chkdsk g:/f/r and all failed, I rebooted the PC and selected better performance and enabled wright cashing but that failed, the drive then disappeared from windows explorer but was still listed in disk management.I have switched the USB cable and changed the USB port but the same issue was persistent, I rarely would use the drive and it stayed disconne

error 0x80070780 seagate drive model # SRD0NF2

I use the 5tb model of the
Seagate backup drive I am getting a:

"error 0x80070780" from Microsoft Edge.

I have 3 of these seagate drives and never before have I had this problem using the drag and drop method of backing up my C-drive on my Windows 10 PC.

I have tried installing Seagate drivers and other means of troubleshooting. Is there anything on your end you can suggest?
