Windows 10: i have a small problem

Hello.I have a problem whit apps on pulpit.sometimes they change their places even if im not. I did every thing i coud but it keeps changing.I did also a check if someone have broken in my laptop but i only saw my account and the classic accounts that are build in. I dont know what to do. I scanned every single file whit antivirus but also nothing helped...

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Small icons setting won't change

I suggest that you change or uncheck Use small taskbar buttons by following the steps below:

• Right-click the Taskbar.
• Select Properties.
• In the Taskbar tab make sure that Use small taskbar is
  uncheck.
  
  
  
  
• Click Apply and OK.

If the issue still persists, you can change the size of desktop icons.

• Right-click an empty space on the desktop.
• Select View and choose either Large, Medium or Small icons.
• Check if you can change the size of the taskbar button.

Small tiles sometimes being half of its original size

I suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Resize the app.

• 
  Open the Start menu.
  
• 
  Right click on the icons (which are appearing small on your start menu) and click on Resize.
  
• 
  Select the option like small/medium/large/wide which you like. (Resize options vary from the app to app)
  

Step 2: If the particular app is missing/not there on Start menu.

• 
  Open the Start menu, type the app name in the search bar.
  
• 
  Once you see the pap name on the search bar, right click on it and click on Pin to start if the app is not there on Start menu. (you may click on Pin to taskbar also if you wish to pin the app to taskbar)
