    I have a startup problem on a Dell Optiplex 9010 following a power cut.


    I have a startup problem on a Dell Optiplex 9010 following a power cut.It is continuously trying to automatically restart but is not getting beyond the initial black system information screen.It has an SSD as the main drive and a backup HD.I can get into the BIOS screen by pressing F12 but not getting further.I have made a copy of Windows 10 Installation Media to try to boot from that but nothing has happened yet after inserting the USB drive.Any thoughts on what steps I can take to make some progress on this

    USB device not working on Optiplex 9010

    I did plug in external HDD and went to device manager.
    There is none of unknown devices in the list (picture below)

    OK disabled and enabled USB 3.0 root hub and then pluged in external HDD,here is exclamation mark I got:

    Switching HdD's in Optiplex 9010

    My main computer a Dell OptiPlex 9010 (which I’ve had for several years), has a C drive that is a 117 GB HdD. with 68.8 GB free. In the 2nd bay I installed 1.7 TB HdD with 404GB free that is used for storage.
    I bought a 2nd refurbed Dell Optilex 990 to transcode MP4’’s to DVD’s that will play on a stand-a-lone DVD player. My question is, will the Optiplex 990 C- drive; a 1.81 TB HdD with 433 GB free, work in the 9010 chassis & function ok? This 9010 is the one I want to keep. Both computers have Windows 10 Pro 64 bit O.S.

    Trying to install BIOS update O9010A30.exe for Dell Optiplex 9010. When I try to run it I get the following. Account is Administrator and I've tried it with Open and Run as Administrator and run from a Administrator Command Prompt. Fails the same way every time. EXE is not locked. BIOS is currently at version A15. Code:
