Windows 10: I have a subscription

I already have a subscriptionOrder Number: d65a81af-d911-4920-ac98-0f348d31d664However, it is not showing as being active even though I am being billed. How can I get this set up on my new laptop?

How to Cancel my subscription?

2. Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription.
   
3. Find your subscription and select Manage.
   
4. On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
   
5. Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.

• Type your issues like Cancel my subscription > Get help
  
• Click the contact support below and select the category of Other Product and Cancel my subscription
  
• Now you will get a new windows of Chat with a support agent in your web browser
