    Blue Ray Movie won't play

    I have a blue ray DVD player on my computer, but never tried to play a movie before. Since my actual player broke, I tried to play a rental movie on my computer. My drive is:

    When I tried to play the movie, I got this message:

    I have a toshiba satellite P775-S7215 and i upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 and my blu-ray dvd will not play i cant even burn a cd even my corel win/dvd will not play what can i do i looked for drivers but the ones listed are older than the ones
    installed please help i contacted toshiba support but they want to charge me to remotely fix it is there another way i can fix it without paying an arm and a leg for something that should be free
