Discus and support i have a toshiba sat c655 and i got it used and before i thought to back it upit just... in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; it was atleast giving to toshiba boot screen but it stopped doing even that now. when you turn it on now has a brief black screen where it used to say...     i have a toshiba sat c655 and i got it used and before i thought to back it upit just...


    it was atleast giving to toshiba boot screen but it stopped doing even that now. when you turn it on now has a brief black screen where it used to say toshiba then starts auto diagnose,then something else before giving the chose an option screen. ive did almost all the advanced options, startup repair, startup settings,uninstall updates,and system restore. it does a little work in each before giving a fail. question1: how do i get a image file that will work? q#2:it has win 7 sticker on bottom with code someone upgraded to 10 so will the win7 code work if i just install a new win 10 somehow? thanks in advance to anyone that can help me out here

    Toshiba Satellite C655 Win10 touchpad not working

    I have a Toshiba Satellite C655 running Windows 10 and the touchpad does not work. Tried FN-F9, no go. Need help with next step(s).

    has the list of toshiba machines which support windows 10. Alas my Satellite C55Dt-A5106 PSCFWU did not make the list. I tried installing windows 10. Initially, only a minor video driver issue, after installing Windows 10. So, after upgrading the video driver, right click ceased to work, so back to 8.1.

    The laptop was purchased cheaply for $380 in early 2014. It looks like it was manufactured in 2012.
