Toshiba Satelitte will not connect to WiFi

I have Toshiba Satelitte with windows 10 I have been unabe to connect to WiFi at home or at other places

 

Unable to access Backlight on Toshiba Satelitte P50t

I have a toshiba Satelitte P50t,

when i try turning on the backlight Fn Z, it doesnt turn on and i have a message saying "Keyboard Backlight timer 0 sec"

How do i fix it. Im also running on windows 10

has the list of toshiba machines which support windows 10. Alas my Satellite C55Dt-A5106 PSCFWU did not make the list. I tried installing windows 10. Initially, only a minor video driver issue, after installing Windows 10. So, after upgrading the video driver, right click ceased to work, so back to 8.1.

The laptop was purchased cheaply for $380 in early 2014. It looks like it was manufactured in 2012.
