Windows 10: I have a transaction on my bank statement from Microsoft that I don't recognize

I have an unrecognizable transaction on my bank statement with the reference Dlocal*Microsoft MI and I have not authorized the transaction

Bank Statements

I am having trouble at printing bank statements, ever since we updated to Windows 10.

When selecting the statement you wish to print, it opens up in another window and everything is shown on screen, I then select pdf document and press print. The statements print off, with name, address page number, but no transactions are printed off.
I have tried different browsers, Edge, Firefox and Explorer (explorer it will not even print the document).

 

Banking transaction issues.

This will probably be resolved in a future update to Edge (time unknown) but the solution, at present, is to use another browser for these banking transactions.

This problem has been addressed before but for me it did not produce a resolution. Since installing Windows 10 I cannot print my bank statements (WebBroker). A right click gives only the "save as" option. The "..." icon (which has "print" as an option)
disappears when the statement page comes up. Ctrl P will not show the bank statement in the preview box; I get a blank page with a minuscule square in the upper left hand corner. (Though the actual webpage will show up in the preview box if I chose to print
that.) The only way to print a statement is to save it first and them print the saved document....a real pain. I have checked that my printer is shown as the default printer and I have updated my Adobe. I even tried unchecking "enable protected mode" as
someone suggested. This was never a problem with windows 8. What could be the problem?
