Windows 10: I have a trojan

Discus and support I have a trojan in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; In thereC:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\DeliveryOptimization\Cache\But I can't delete it....
