Pretty much the title.Something happened two days ago that switched my Login from the PIN I have always used to my Microsoft account. I have reset the password 3 times now and have been met with the same message of "This password is incorrect, make sure you're using your Microsoft account password" followed by the two methods of changing it. I have tried doing a reset not a factory reset though and every time something has interrupted it but I can't figure out what.I have no idea how to fix this. I've tried editing it with admin settings, couldn't edit it. I've tried resetting, the reset wou

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

If you signed in to Windows 10 using your Microsoft account, the Xbox app will take the credentials you've used to sign in. There's a possibility that the PIN code you're asked to enter is the PIN code of your Windows 10 user account. Let's remove the PIN
code. Here are the steps:

• Click Start and select Settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Select Sign-in options, under PIN, click
  Remove.
• Confirm the changes by entering your profile password.
