We saved a Microsoft teams video recording to one drive that one of my colleagues recorded. When you open the video and play it, after the first 53 second, the video stops playing at the 53 second mark every time you try to play it. At one time, the full video would play with no issues. We are trying to figure out how to fix the video file so we can see the whole video.

Do you mean to pause the recording during the Teams Meeting or to pause the video recording when you are playing that back?

If that is while playing back the video, on most video players, including the Videos and TV App, pressing the Space par will toggle playback and pause . . .

Xbox's recording function was supposed to be used to record games, so there is no sound. Although this is disappointing, please do not lose hope, as there are still measures you can take to avoid this situation from happening again.

1. Check audio settings: Before recording your video, check your microphone and audio settings to ensure they are configured correctly and enabled. This can help you avoid audio issues during recording.
   
2. Test recording: Before important recordings, conduct a test recording and carefully check the audio and video during the recording process. If any issues arise, make corrections promptly.
   
3. Use alternative software: If you find yourself frequently experiencing audio issues with specific software, try using other software for recording. You can try using other free or paid recording software to determine which software is best suited for your needs.
   

Although you may not be able to recover lost audio, taking these steps can help you avoid such issues in the future and ensure that your future recordings remain of high quality.

Here are the steps for using the built-in recording feature on Zoom to record video meetings:

1. Open the Zoom client and log in before starting the meeting.
   
2. Select the meeting you want to record from the main screen.
   
3. Click the "Record" button on the toolbar during the meeting. If you're using the Zoom web client, you can choose the "Record" option from the menu.
   
4. In the pop-up menu, select what you want to record. You can choose to record "the entire meeting" or "only locally."
   
5. Click "Record" to start recording. Your camera, microphone, and speakers will automatically be enabled to record audio and video.
   
6. Click the "Stop Recording" button when the meeting ends. The recorded video will be automatically saved to the default location on your computer.
   
7. After recording, you can access and manage the recorded video in the Zoom client. Select the "Recordings" tab from the main screen, then choose the recording file you want to view. You can play, share, or delete the recorded video.
   

*Note that if you are the meeting host, you need recording privileges to use the built-in recording feature. If you don't have this permission, contact the meeting administrator or host for assistance.
