Windows 10: I have a virus or trojen called "Altruistic.exe", i have tried multiple antiviruses,...

A week or 2 ago which i only came to realise today i got a virus or trojan that is messing with my CPU and RAM usage. It is really annoying whenever i wanna play game, can anyone help out? I've used AVG antivirus and its just not working.

It is possible that you .exe is not working due to corrupted system files or account. To assist you better, kindly answer the following questions:

• Does this happen with a specific application or with all of your application?
• Have you tried creating a new admin account to check if the issue also with new account or only with the current account?

lolz..so r u sure u wont get old/new virus in ur pc from any sourse?
trojens are also detected by antiviruses..
btw bitdefender has also antispyware and anitmalware function

It really sounds like a virus running hidden in the background!
Though you've scanned the pc for viruses it's difficult that the antivirus installed finds anything...as the virus has already passed unobserved by the antivirus app.

My suggestion is to put some executable antivirus and antispyware appz. in your flash disk and scan the pc from that.
Use different ones, portable antiviruses etc....here are some suggestions:
