Windows 10: I have a virus

I clicked on a link in Facebook and it must have been a virus. I'm getting a windows security page and an audio message that says "windows defender has temporarily disabled your Internet connection and computer for suspicious activity from Facebook. Please do not shut down or restart the computer.. We have detected that you may have clicked on a virus infected article on Facebook. Please call our support before your Facebook account is permanently suspended ". It then gives this number which I find suspicious 877-339-6155. It keeps repeating this message over and over. My Mousepad does
