Windows 10: i have a virus?????

Discus and support i have a virus????? in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; i just got done playing a game and then i see that my wallpaper has changed to eminem pointing his middle fingers at me i was scared the fuck out for...     i have a virus?????


    i just got done playing a game and then i see that my wallpaper has changed to eminem pointing his middle fingers at me i was scared the fuck out for like a week but after that nothing really happened since nobody seemed to had connected to my device and my cpu and gpu usage and pretty much everything else remained the same so i didnt think much about it, but now a month later my wallpaper changed again and now im scared as fuck again too the first thing i did was download malwarebytes and they did actully find 4 things connected to chrome so i deleted them but im still scared it might happen again please someone help me
