Windows 10: I have a Windows 11 pc and I am trying to install 6D Embroidery to the pc.

I have a brand new Asus Vivobook, Windows 11 pc and I am trying to install 6D Embroidery to the pc. I am getting a failure message when I get to the part where I have to install the HASP DONGLE DRIVER.Sentinel HASP Run-time installationhardlock.sys file null processing error.This is an internal error. For assistens contact your administrator or the software manufacturer.Status code 12 4 2163 32What can I do to solve this issue?Astrid

6D Embroidery Softwae won't install on Win 10

I am trying to load 6D Sewing Machine Embroidery Software on Win 10. There seem to be others with issues, and I have tried the suggestions but it still won't install. When I install it it says it's finished, but when I check most of the components havent installed
and the program won't run.

 

I have Windows 11 and it will not allow me to use my 6D Embroidery program

I have a new laptop which has Windows 11 and I am not able to use my 6D Embroidery program. It does not recognize my 6 D embroidery USB stick to install the program.

Do other USB's work correctly in your new laptop?

Insert the 6D Embroidery USB into your laptop

Right click your Start Button and open Disk Management

Expand the bottom pane of Disk Management, so all drives are visible in that pane

Please provide a screenshot of that Disk Management window.
