I loaded my work email onto my personal Windows 11 PC. I have since resigned from that company, but cannot remove and or reassign to my personal profile. I am trying to delete the work profile. The company invalidated my work email, so I cannot use password to get into the account in Outlook either. I am stuck because email won't open for me. I need help, removing work email from ADMIN profile, and assigning my personal email account. Next, I need to Open Outlook and remove all work email accounts 3 that I used to monitor for the company. I ran Setup and Accounts, some features such a

Failed to login into dlink dnr-202l using microsoft edge

Thank you for your reply. I did what you suggested; but the same issue showed where failed to login with user ID and password; however, the same user ID and password work when using Internet Explorer.

First steps:

• Launch Microsoft Edge
• Click more options (...)
• Select "Settings"
• Click button "Choose what to clear" under "Clear browsing data"
• "Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data, Cached data and files" are selected.
• Click "Clear" button
• Open new tab by clicking "+" sign
• Enter IP address to open device (DNR-202L) login screen
• In the login dialog screen, enter the user ID and password and click "OK" button
• Dialog login screen shows again. Do this step 3 times and get message

Access Error: 401 -- Unauthorized

Access Denied, Authorization enabled.

Second steps:

• Launch Microsoft Edge in private mode
• Enter IP address to open device (DNR-202L) login screen
• In the login dialog screen, enter the user ID and password and click "OK" button
• Dialog login screen shows again. Do this step 3 times and get message

Access Error: 401 -- Unauthorized

Access Denied, Authorization enabled.

  Are you trying to login to Microsoft account or local account?
  
• 
  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.

Please get back to us with the results of the above instructions.

I tried everything that you suggested.

I am trying to login to Microsoft account.

And I am able to login using the web interface.

I used on-screen keyboard too. But the issue persists. It gives an error, and asks to try again.

Please help. I am stuck.
