i have a windows 11 pro OS on my recently purchased desktop computer - due to BT email shutting down I had to use a new email address - when I did this it resulted in my current version of windows needs to be activated and although i have followed all the on screen instruction to do this i am unable to authenticate it - can you help?

No Confirmation Email after Windows 11 Pro Purchase?

I purchased Windows 11 Pro license to use with Parallels Desktop alongside my Macbook Pro OS. I have still yet to receive my confirmation email with my product key so that I can register and it has been 3 days. I have made support requests and none of the support agents have been able to assist. Has anyone else had this issue?

 

Re-install recent Windows 11 purchase

I recently purchased and installed Windows 11 Pro. Due to issues with other software I had to do a clean install of factory software so I am back to Windows 11 Home. How can I re-install the Pro version I purchased from the Windows Store? I cannot find anywhere to download it a second time.

 

I purchased a key for Windows 11 Pro and updated the system from windows 11 home to windows 11 pro but my system still says my OS is windows 11 home.

I need windows 11 pro for some software and I purchased an activation key from the Microsoft website. I then used the activation key to update my OS from windows 11 home to windows 11 pro. My computer installed the updates and restarted several times but the system information still says that the OS is windows 11 home. My Microsoft account also says my OS is still windows 11 home.
