Windows 10: I have a windows pro activation code, on the dvd I bought off of a reputable seller on...

I have the correct version of windows 11 pro downloaded, not windows pro N, when I go to change my activation code I receive an error message, I can no longer just return the dvd to buy an online copy, as I have already opened the package and the return window has closed.

Windows 10 Pro Activation

I bought a Windows 10 pro OEM key from a reputable seller. I have never used it before and when I have tried to activate this on a brand new system I have built I get the error code 0xc004c060. It says the key is invalid. I spoke to an MS agent who wasn't
particularly clear what was wrong and I basically spent about half an hour typing in commands. From what I could make out this was removing the key from the system. He then said format the hard drive and reinstall then everything should work, of course it
hasn't and I'm still on square one. Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this or has the seller given me an invalid key? Thanks in advance.

 

Windows 10 will not activate Error code 0x803F7001

Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.
