    Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community!

    It seems that you are trying to setup a VoIP based hard phone. If you are unable to visit its website/site ('yealink' the company in reference) then please, try to access its website using an 'In Private Window' on Microsoft Edge and in case you find it difficult to reach its site/IP, try to clear cookies/web history or try to rest the browser. If none of these troubleshooting help, then you may try to restart your machine and follow the same steps.

    Whether you need a technical assistance with respect to setting up that hard phone, you can also contact their customer support.

    Should you have any question or need any assistance with respect to Windows troubleshooting, please post it on this thread!

    Unable to login to Paypal phone broken

    I use an authenticator app on my phone for 2 step verification to login to paypal but my phone is broken so I can no longer get the code. I've tried using the microsoft authenticator app on another device but it's looking for a QR code to scan which I can't access since I can't login to paypal

    Paypal tells me they is no way they can turn off the 2 step verification whjich means I cannot ever access my account.

    There must be a way around this?
