Windows 10: I have access denied when i want to use cmd as an admin on my own pc

    I have access denied when i want to use cmd as an admin on my own pc


    I literally can't even access super admin access or change settings for Cortana or access CMD as an admin, I have tried every conceivable thing and it has still blocked me from using admin, all I want to do is make Cortana open applications like steam and firefox n google chrome, etc, it's my pc and I bought the windows 10 too for £140 like an idiot, which is a ripoff and to say i can't do everything I want is also annoying, it's my pc if I break windows, well that's my fault because I own it and should be able to do anything I want in MY windows, what's weirder is my account is an admin account, this is too frustrating and somebody from Microsoft should fix this for me I will give remote access to my pc that's how much it is bugging me

    denies admin access for everything

    I am facing a issue in my pc, it asks me for admin access or denies me of admin access for literally everything. For example when i try to download something from my browser, it denies me of admin access and then I have to save it in a location other than
    desktop and then copy or move it to desktop. its very inconvenient so please suggest.
