Windows 10: I have alot of blue screens in last 4 days can u help me

Hello i build my pc bfore two and half years is been running good for 8 months or so then i went on boat away from home for 6 months, when i come back after less then month ill say i had first blue screens not able to boot in windows after few days doing all kind of things from taking this lil battery on mbo to wiping disk reinstaling windows we had 2 succesiful attempts once when we by miracle unplug all usbs he boot in windows then after 1 day again start blue screens and on end somehow fix it with change of something of voltage in bios and droping my xmp profile ram to 2400 thats what i rem

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
