How can I fix this problem? I could not find an Autoplay section in the Google Chrome settings, and I have already turned autoplay off on my Windows 10 settings.

Stuttering and buzzing when playing youtube through Windows Edge and on the Netflix app

Thanks for the response. Adobe flash was enabled and it is video through Edge and Netflix that has the problem.

I followed both the steps suggested below to no avail, still the same problem..

It is definitely linked to Microsoft Edge; as accessing either Netflix or YouTube through Google Chrome has been fine.

 

Video pauses in Netflix app, and Chrome

Thanks for the reply, but you didn't read my entire post.

Video does not just pause in the Netflix for Windows App, it also pauses in Chrome and in Internet Explorer. I have not fully tested Edge yet though. The reason why I was using IE is because the first time I tried to play a video from the Amazon site in the Edge
browser there was an error.

There are no pauses using Firefox browser.

To be clear, video pauses momentarily in Google Chrome, Internet Explorer (used purely for testing purposes) and the Netflix App. It does not appear to be pausing in Firefox browser. Video can pause on video's being played in Amazon and YouTube. It is
not an issue that is affecting only the Netflix App.

Is there an updated video driver for the surface 3 that is Windows 10 certified?

Any suggestions??

 

Some videos on YouTube not working in Google Chrome

In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things:

• Have you tried accessing YouTube in different browsers?
• Do you get any error message?
• Do you have issues with all the video files?

Method 1: I would suggest you to launch Google Chrome by right clicking the program icon and select ‘Run as Administrator’ and check for the issue.

If you are unable to launch the program, you may try to open the program from the exact location.

• Open C drive.
• Select ‘Program files’.
• Open ‘Google’ folder and select ‘Chrome’.
• And find the application icon and see if you are able to launch the program.

Method 2: If the issue still persists, it would be a good idea to uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome and check with the issue.

I would also suggest you to post the query in Google support forums for more information.
