Windows 10: I have an ASUS laptop that from day 1 in June of 2023 I also got the A1B2C3 error, but...

I'm now stuck at PASSWORD and none of the countless changes I've made to this virgin ASUS will let me past the PASWORD. I once got to the MS message back to my phone, but that didn't work either. Nice laptop. I just want to get it functional once more. I'm in a loop or something that MS controls and the end user cannot easily solve. I'm a user of MS since 1979, wrote in Basic 1.0, flew Flight Simulator 1.0, and 32 years in IT has me baffled on this one. -David Allen

I’m ready to pull my hair out and throw my laptop out the window! It will not let me type in A1B2C3 and every suggestion takes me right back to it! BTW, I never put in the wrong information to begin with! It was fine one day and this the next! Nothing will let me type it in, change password/pin, not even another screen! Ahhhhhh!
