Windows 10: I have an ASUS tablet

I have an ASUS tablet that belonged to my grandfather and after he passed away we couldn't use it. We reset it and now is asking for the previous account that was link to the device which we don't know. There is a way to override it ? so we can use it

Tablet Mode doesn't automatically turn on

Hi Roice,

We suggest you to follow the below steps to make the tablet mode permanent:

• Click start and select settings.
• Select settings and then select tablet mode.
• Now you have different options to choose from, please choose settings that suits you.

Windows !0 tablet keyboard issue

This issue might occur if the tablet mode is enabled.

I suggest you to disable the tablet mode and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

  Type setting in the search area in the task bar and select
  Settings.

  Select on System option.

  Select Tablet mode in the left panel of system Windows.
  
• 
  Toggle off the tablet mode.

Windows 10 Upgrade glitchy on Asus VivoTab Smart Tablet

David,

I'm thinking of upgrading my Asus vivotab smart me400c also.

I read from Asus website that this tablet and all other tablets they made expect one that it is not on their windows 10 upgrade list. Asus said Microsoft might have it as upgradeable to win10 but Asus said all the drivers might not be working if you upgrade.

Have you been able to fix your tablet to run windows 10 without any problems yet?
