Can't install Windows 11 on built-in SSD (formated), all details below

A few days ago, I had some issues which required me to do a fresh install of Windows 11. I backed up all of my files to an external SSD and formatted my internal SSD completely.

I booted the Windows 11 installation media (by USB) and the regular installation window came up. There was an issue here, there were no drives to install Windows on.

I've googled this issue and ran "diskpart" -> "list disk" as suggested but only 1 disk is listed there (the USB that acts as the installation media).

If it matters at all, my internal SSD was protected by BitLocker, I have the recovery keys if necessary, but most of these fixes I'm seeing involves me having Windows already installed, and this drive is totally formatted with no OS at the moment.

upgrade SSD for HP spectre x360

going to upgrade my HP spectre x360 laptop SSD from 128G to 500Gb, after created a HP recovery USB, face problem during PC recovery at new SSD, it stop itself at 88% and show system error, cannot continues. also failed to download from HP cloud recovery
any solutions for me to reinstall the windows to the new SSD , beside using HP recovery media USB?
