I have an HP elite book 360 and a HP dock. I am receiving power from the dock but it does not detect any of the devices plugged into the dock. I have a Logitech Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. A poly headset and 2 monitors plugged into their display ports I have tried both USBC ports. Any advice?

Connect the secondary monitor through HDMI instead of USBC to see if the issue still persists.

Try a different USBC docking station, if possible.

Cannot connect the Acer computer to a HP elitebook docking station

My wife got a docking station for her HP elitebook. We are trying to connect it to our acer 5600U computer. We have connected the docking station to the computer through a hdmi cable. From here we are lost. Do we need to download software? The acer is

Saumsung Book 2 Pro 360 & Asus Vivobook K3502ZA Monitor Flashing with Docking Station HP Thunderbolt G4 120W

Hi Everyone,

I have a Samsung Book 2 Pro 360 & An Asus Vivobook K3502ZA with the same docking station HP Thunderbolt G4 120W. On the 2 computers the monitors are flashing. On the Asus VivoBook I have 2 Samsung monitors 24'' Model F24T350FHN plug HDMI to display ports and it flash really often. On the Samsung book 2 pro 360, I have one 27'' Samsung monitor model LS27F350FHNXZA the other one is a 27'' HP Monitor SN 1CR9080L57 (don't have the model) plug exactly the same HDMI to Display ports but it flash less often. The firmware is up to date with the lastest version on the website.

On the Asus Vivobook, it flash really often a day(around 10-15 flash) and when we reboot the computer it has some difficulty to recognize the screen setup. It takes a while and we have to unplug the thunderbolt, open the laptop, close the laptop, replug the thunderbolt etc and finally it works. The firmware is up to date with the lastest version on the HP website.

On the Samsung Book 2 Pro 360, the monitors flash less often ( 4-5 times a day) and when I reboot computer the screen setup is not recognize fast. When the monitor open up, I enter my windows password press enter and then the monitor flash and recognize the screen setup and ask me to re-enter my windows password ??????

2 computers are on Windows 11 Pro.

Is there someone that can help me with it ?!
