    I have an HP LaserJet m281fdw Printer that Will not Print in color via the Microsoft suite


    Hello,I'm having what i believe to be a microsoft, and not a printer issue. I am given no option to choose whether I should print in color or in black and white when trying to print. Other applications such as Chrome and Adobe Acrobat, that give the option to print in color or in grayscale allow me to print in color. This leads me to believe that it is not a printer issue rather a microsoft issue. Are there any steps I can do to get that feature in Word/All of the Microsoft suite apps.

    HP Color LaserJet MFP M281fdw stopped working

    I was printing on my HP Color LaserJet MFP M281fdw when it stopped. I got an error message that said the toner levels were not communicating with the computer. The toners are nearly full to I re-seated them but I still get the messages. What could be wrong.

    Printing problem with HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw

    I have the exact same problem in every way. Please note the M177fw is what I started out with. The driver update gave me the M177 PCLmS entries below. I now have the following printers in my computer, as a result of trying to download the drivers and software:

    HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M281cdw printer problems

    None of that helps. Does anyone else have an HP Color Laserjet Pro that CostCo is selling and have it working with Windows 10? None of the apps except Notepad are able to print to the printer. I can use an app to create a PDF and then use the HP specific
    tool to print it but that's an extra step. I can't use Adobe to print a PDF, it just flashes in the spooler but nothing is ever printed.
