Discus and support I have an HP Offfice Jet Pro 8710 All in one in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I have tried to send a fax and it says no modem is connected. What do I do?     HP Office Jet Pro All in One 8710 causes Windows to not start.

    Just installed HP Office Jet Pro All in One 8710 to my computer yesterday and today, when I started the computer, I get a dark blue screen with a flashing white dash at the top left of the screen. Nothing else works, not even CTL-ALT-DEL. In order to
    get my computer to start, I have to disable the printer by unplugging the USB port. No, I do not want wireless. Called HP tech support and went though 11 people and no one knows what is wrong other than they are blaming my computer: IBUYPOWER bought about
    3 years ago w Microsoft Windows. All 2 Epson printers have worked on this computer, as well as anything you can imagine. However, this is my 1st HP printer. Any help would be appreciated. PS. HP gave up and hung up on me after the 11th person. Thanks,

    I have successfully run wireless network test for HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. Everything I print (with the exception of test pages) gets stuck in que. How can I get pages to print?
