Discus and support I have an internet issue not related to the modem or cables in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I've been surfing sites mostly on Mozilla Firefox and pages are slow to download.     I have an internet issue not related to the modem or cables


    I've been surfing sites mostly on Mozilla Firefox and pages are slow to download. Sometimes, it just brings up a blank screen, or one with an error message. This has happened in Microsoft Edge and Chrome, so I don't think I turned off or on anything in Firefox. The problem started happening on the weekend, after Windows 10 updated itself, or possibly it happened because I ran Dell's Support Assist software and it had a few updates too. Anyways, a technician from my ISP ran some tests this morning. The cables and modem are working fine. I'm still using Windows 10. Will updating to Windows 11
