Windows 10: I have an issue since the Photos update

Hi I have an issue since the Photos update, i shoot in Raw & Jpeg so when i connect up to my computer in the past and download my photos onto it it downloads both the raw & jpeg files, this morning i go to download the same way after the photos update and it will only download the Raw file off my camera.What has happened & what can i do ? Please Help, Thank you

At this point, I suggest you to reinstall the Photo App in Windows and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Uninstall the Photo App

• 
  Press Windows key and type Powershell
  in search, right click on it and Open as administrator .
  
• 
  Copy and paste the following command in Powershell and press enter:
  
  get-appxpackage *Microsoft.Windows.Photos* | remove-appxpackage
  
  

Step 2: Re-install the Photo App from the below link:

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
