Windows 10: I have an OEM Win11 Pro COA missing two digits.

I have an OEM Win11 Pro. It seems two digits got scraped off when attempting to reveal my product key. The first two digits of the last 5 digits sequence got scrapped off. I cannot find anyway to reach support to help me. xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-??xx

OEM COA labels

Someone on eBay is offering COA labels for Windows 7. They are unbranded OEM labels but have never been used and are still on their protective backing and can be stuck to a computer if required. If we were to assume they've never been used, am I in breach
of OEM licence to activate it on any computer model/brand? If so, is it ok to have more than 1 COA label on a computer?

Win7 pro to Win10 pro upgrade (Clean installation) with OEM COA using WDS

Hello MS Community,

I have a question about installing win 10 pro on existing win 7 pro computers in an enterprise environment.

-All HP and Dell Computers (500-600)

-All with Win7 Pro COA on the computer itself

-Would like to do clean installation (Not upgrade) using WDS and utilizing ICE

Questions:

I don't have HP or Dell media to prep an image, can I use retail, other OEM or RTM media to create image on WDS?

How do I input all the COA into these computers (Hopefully not manually)? and do not want to pay win 10 license, will stay on win 7 pro if that is the case.
