    Hello and thank you for contacting us. My name is Angelo and I am an Independent Adviser on here.

    Did you get a Office licence from the shop? Did they charge you in the shop to install Office on your computer?

    I'm smelling a pirate copy because you can't just buy the Microsoft Office professional plus 2013, you need to be a big company and have a contract with Microsoft to get these Volume Licences.

    Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus configures each time you start


    After install of November update, or 1511 (for the 11th month of 2015), or build 10586 windows 10 update now all apps in Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus except Microsoft Word configure each time they start.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus with same result.

    Any help in this matter would be appreciated.
