Windows 10: I have an old Nokia Lumina that I want to use my business account on but I need it Sim...

I need to speak to a live agent about having my windows phone please. Every company says you are the only ones that can help me.

Nokia 1020 lumina phone

Hi,

My Nokia Lumina 1020 will not sync with my PC. USB Device not Recognized is the message that flashes at the bottom right of the screen constantly.

I purchased a new Nokia usb cord and just tried it and nothing.

Any advice. I have tried all the suggestions listed. Powered phone off, went to device manager/portable devices and nothing was listed.

Please help.

HOw do you setup a pop 3 email account on the Nokia Lumina 800 and have emails come in via the sim card. At present I can only receive emails when Wi-Fi is connected

I suggest you to create a new Microsoft Account For personal use follow the steps below and check if it helps. Another account which you’re using now you can use it for business i.e. (old Microsoft account)

  In the User name box enter your existing email address, or tap or click
  Get a new email address to create an Outlook or Hotmail address.

  Fill out the rest of the form, then tap or click
