    I have an old windows 7 Samsung and it works but not that well, it won’t turn on unless its charger is plugged in, and every time I try messing with the desktop background it completely glitches out and I have to unplug it and turn it back on, the fact it still works is awesome and I need this computer to work. Do I need to take it somewhere to get it fixed? Do I need to throw it out? Do I need a new battery?
