Windows 10: I have another account on my computer that isnt mine and I dont know how to get it off

As the title states there is another account on my pc that isnt mine and I dont know how to get it off. I might just leave it if the person cant access any info but if they can, can someone please tell me how i cant get it off. I cant reinstall windows as I dont have a usb drive or whatever you need.

The account has itself as admin and I dont know how to re admin myself to remove the account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Email account is not Mine

There are no other accounts shown in the mail app except mine. However, when I add mine and try to sync, my daughters inbox is displayed not mine.

• I have removed and added my gmail multiple times.
• My gmail is the only option available to add; (I have attached a screenshot with my email account blocked)
  
  
• I think I need to delete my email account from Outlook.com but I do not know how as I don't see that option
• When I sign into outlook.com and enter my gmail account and password, my daughters inbox is displayed; it wants to import her gmail account.
