I have been a MS 365 client for years and yet every time I try to access, it offers for me to purchase MS 365. What's up?

Lumia offers app. office 365 1 year free subscription.

I received an email from Microsoft saying I am eligible to receive a 1 year free subscription to office 365 personal via the Lumia offers app on my Lumia 950XL. I opened the app and only see the free display dock offer which I have already claimed, but there
is no offer showing the 1 year free subscription to office 365 personal.

How do I get this offer to appear so I can redeem it?

 

Office 365 offer on Lumia 640

As was promised, the lumia 640 came with an offer of 1 year of office 365. The activation process is through an app called "office 365 gift". The app is supposed to recognize your phone and then send an e-mail with instructions as to how to activate the
1 year offer. However, the app either claims that it does not recognize the microsoft account or it does not recognize the phone...



Anyone else with this problem?

 

MS Authenticator App and email clients

If I use the MS Authenticator app say for my MS Account would the code be required to be entered when I access my email through Outlook365 or other client?

While I can see the benefits of using the app it would be cumbersome to have to enter a code everytime I wanted to access email, specifically if I have several email accounts on different providers all within the same email client.

No replies so tried this and found that the 2FA through the Authenticator does not apply to email accounts.
