I have been billed twice for my Microsoft 365 subscription, I want the second year refunded and bill me at a more appropriate time like when the subscription is about to expire. Hi, I recently got charged for the Microsoft 365 Family which I don't want to. I really want to get a refund. I clicked on cancel subscription and it shows that: We can't cancel your subscription cuz I ve already paid for it. So if anyone know how can
I cancel I get a refund, it would be very appreciated. Thank you
