Windows 10: I have been blocked from my online banking account. Help

I have been blocked from my online banking account. I get the following post: Sorry,you have been blocked. You are unable to access eps-ncr-30.com

SMS from bank/online verification systems blocked

Hi I am having the exact same problem on my lumia 625

my sms-call blocker is on as i have blocked some numbers.

all the sms i get from my bank are also getting blocked inspite i have not blocked them.

there is a trust button symbol which comes up at bottom center

when we go to the list of blocked sms. but when this is pressed to allow the bank sms to go unblocked nothing happens.

kindly let me know of a soulution

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

• Log in to https://familysafety.microsoft.com/ using your Microsoft Email account.
• Find the user that is correspond to the computer account on the Windows that you are having issue with.
• Click on "App Restrictions".
• Under App Restrictions, click on "App list".
• Here, you can Allow or Block the Apps/Games that you want.
