Windows 10: I have been charged TWICE $AU159 for membership. I did chANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESSES BUT YOU...

i tried, seemingly without success to delete my OLD email address rmc091902bigpond.net.au to my NEW one *** Email address is removed for privacy *** but it did not work so in addition to me buying membership $AU159 on December 17th 2024 you have also charged me another $AU159 on December 20th 2024.I really am getting so sick of Micrsoft, all the superfluous securityRobert McCormick04507 217 621 Australia

I was trying to see if I could link my phone with my computer but my phone wasn't listed. while trying to do this I was charged a new membership fee for the 3rd time. This is why I do not want a Microsoft membership. They take your money without your consent and then refuse to return it.

Here is the step to remove that old email address.

Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

Just do this step and your good to go.
