Windows 10: I have been charged twice for Microsoft 365 Family subscription

I have a Microsoft 365 Family subscription. I was charged £104.99 £87.49 plus VAT on 20 February 2025 which showed up on my Barclaycard statement. The order number for this is: d8c444dd-983f-4a7e-90d6-f5bb58725d6e The next next payment is due on 20 February 2026I have also been charged another £104.99 on 21st March 2025. This "order" payment is NOT showing on my Order History! Can you explain how this has happened?

I think it means you need a business subscription to set up a work based email address.
