I have someone person or program make changes to my computer. The latest two issues are that I deactivated Facebook and I am again getting messages from Facebook. The other issue is that changes were made to my three listings that I have on eBay. The shipping options were changed and I can not correct that because my seller dashboard has the correct information but the listing does not. This type of activity has been ongoing. Another one is interference by putting my computer on airplane mode, I have emailed the complaint form for the FBI cyber security division, however the complaint form

Cyber harassment

My phone has been hacked. I am a victim of cyber harassment. I am looking for assistance on stopping this harassment. I have already contacted law enforcement about this issue, and they're telling me to bring my devices to a store to have them looked at
to see if they're indeed being hacked. I am looking for the appropriate resources to help me get rid of the predators hacking my devices. So far, I have located a physical Microsoft Store, and I'm hoping that they can help me with this. Does anyone have any
more resources that they can help me with to stop this critical harassment?

I am being harassed by a user on MSN Start and Microsoft will not do anything about it

When you start Edge for example, MSN Start comes up, showing news stories. When you click on a story, you can comment. For an extended period of time I have been harassed by a single user every single time I make a comment. I will usually be around 6 messages are personal insulating, derogatory messages. This has been going on for a year, more than a year? It's being going on for a long time. Although I can report individual messages, there is no way to deal with harassing behavior and it certainly does nothing about having to close all those notifications EVERY DAY. Microsoft provides a way to report a comment, or one can report a profile for their name or their user picture but for no other reason.

I have also been contacting Microsoft support for a solution and they absolutely do not care about users being harassed on their platforms. Support as told me that there is no way to report this kind of issue, there is nothing they can or will do and to post a public message about my harassment to answer.mirosoft.com and maybe some member of the public might care.

I must point just how irresponsible Microsoft is being and by knowingly facilitating the harassment against me, they are just as responsible as the user doing the harassment. And they do know because I've contact support about this issue at least 5 times now. The first agent lied right to my face saying that they had started an internal investigation. The other agents just closed the ticket after saying action was being taken. I have all the logs from these chats saved so I can prove they said that.

Any advice would be appreciated

There is no Product option for MSN Start Stories so this isn't going to be categorized correctly. Any suggest for even that.

Criminal harassment

• 264 (1) No person shall, without lawful authority and knowing that another person is harassed or recklessly as to whether the other person is harassed, engage in conduct referred to in subsection (2) that causes that other person reasonably, in all the circumstances, to fear for their safety or the safety of anyone known to them.
  
• Marginal noterohibited conduct
  
  (2) The conduct mentioned in subsection (1) consists of
  
  • (a) repeatedly following from place to place the other person or anyone known to them;
    
  • (b) repeatedly communicating with, either directly or indirectly, the other person or anyone known to them;
    
  • (c) besetting or watching the dwelling-house, or place where the other person, or anyone known to them, resides, works, carries on business or happens to be; or
    
  • (d) engaging in threatening conduct directed at the other person or any member of their family.
    

Being that when a message is sent by this user it's indirect. It is MSN that send the message to me directly therefore it is MSN that is harassing me. How can I prevent MSN from (according the Canadian legal code) from harassing me?
