Windows 10: I have been dealing with a constant problem that happened randomly in my PC.

this problem started about a month or 2 ago, I am only posting about this after trying every "fix" i could find here on the community and elsewhere. My apps started to crash randomly at first and i thought nothing of it, but when i got updates, they would down load and not install, this happened with driver updates as well. i would get different and inconsistent errors and crashes. whenever, I had stopped gamming at the time due to being busy, but when i tried to launch Over Watch 2 the battle net app would either crash or just say "Playing" about the game, I would find the game active in the

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

 

explorer.exe and sihost.exe crashes at startup (happens randomly)


Ever since the brownout occured in the afternoon, now I get the explorer.exe and sihost.exe crashes at startup, plus it happens randomly.

First step I did was using the sfc /scannow and it didn't find anything wrong. Does anyone have the same problem or is it something that is ciritically wrong such as hardware. Thanks!

 

Problem at boot up

Okey, ill try to remove my oc, but its really hard to tell if it will fix the problem, because as i said it happens randomly, not on every boot up. If its my oc, what might be the problem? My pc is also new, its almost 2 months old.
