Windows 10: I have been experiencing a lot of Access Violation Error across programs and I have already...

This happen after I clean install the window 11 and updated BIOS. It seems to happen to many program including browser edge, chrome, discord, and games. I believed it also cause a couple of BSOD recently. Here is the minidump of one of them 071124-6265-01.dmpThe troubleshooting method I already tried- Remove all browser extension, disable hardware accel on both browser and discord.- Adjust maximum CPU usage on all power option to be 99% instead of 100% - Make sure BIOS setting to be default.- run Scannow and RestoreHealth in command prompt. both complete successfully and found no corrupted f

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
