  1. I have been experiencing random BSOD errors related to Windows 10 Pro only

I have been receiving random BSOD errors but only inside of Windows 10 Pro that I legally own.

I am absolutely up to date on all Windows updates.

I have tested my RAM with a 3rd-party RAM MEMTEST software over and over with no issues found. This test boots from a USB drive at startup before the BIOS/UEFI kicks in and runs RAM memory tests. I forget the name of it, but it is used to verify RAM on YouTube internet reviews of memory.

I thought it might be my motherboard, so I bought a new ASROCK B450M Pro4 MoBo. Same problem.

I bought new RAM, very expensive.

I did a complete erasure of partitions on my SSD drive I use for the Windows 10 Pro OS and did a complete fresh install.

I deleted all partitions during Windows 10 Pro install from a USB drive created by Windows 10 media creation tool.

I still get the same random BSOD errors. So, I have a new motherboard, new RAM, completely new install of Windows 10 Pro, and I only see the BSODs in Windows 10 Pro.

If I run Ubuntu from a fresh install of that OS, I have no issues. But I can't run many of my Windows-dependent programs. I only tried using Ubuntu OS to see if it was hardware or Software/OS related. It seems to be a Windows 10 issue.

I need this fixed. I have used an open-source program called "Whocrashed" and it keeps telling me it is related to some unknown driver issue.

I have a co-worker that is Microsoft certified. I sent him my System Info screenshots and my results from the Whocrashed app.

He thought it might be a UEFI conflict. I verified I am using UEFI only throughout my system setup. The MoBo, the SSD drive and the Windows 10 Pro install, everything is set to UEFI.

I am at my wits end. I need this to stop. Can you help me?

    :)

  2. In reference to experiencing random BSOD screens with random error codes.

Hi, so from past 20 days, I have been experiencing random BSOD while either browsing internet, or playing games. Firstly
this occurred after the insider's update I got 20 days ago; At that time, I experienced a green screen, with some error code, which I couldn't note, since you know, AUTOMATIC RESTART !!! But then
from past 2 days, the BSOD occurrences has been very frequent, like 30 minutes or so.

Some of the BSODs that I have experienced are, as follows-

    1. CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED - while browsing, on the internet, &
    2. SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION - during playing games on citra emulator.

Since, my overall windows bootup time, and core system functionalities are intact (BTW,
I also ran diagnostics and it states NO system or memory errors), I
would like to get immediate assistance over this matter, since now my system is just throwing random BSOD at any time.

BTW, I have never experienced BSOD before the last insider's update in June.

My system is DELL Inspiron 7572.

    Please assist, Thanks !!

    BSOD - Registry Error

    Your BSOD code is 0X000000051

Here's the Google search I did for it: https://www.google.com/search?q=0x0...j5.399j0j7&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8

There is a hotfix available that might help, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/810558

This thread makes a few good suggestions too: http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-hel...dows-7-pro-sp1-registry-error-0x00000051.html

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

    Run SFC /SCANNOW

    Report back.

    Random BSOD while browsing internet

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.
A tiny documentation can be found here: Solved Random BSODs - Windows 10 Forums
In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.
