Windows 10: I have been hacked two times this months and changed my bank card

I have been hacked two times this months and changed my bank card. Almost $400 and my bank is not refunding my money. I need help ...these ppeaple ned to be stopped . I am a single mom and do not have alot. Please help

If your device was hacked, you need to have a clean install of Windows done. That's the first step, because everything on your system was compromised. That device shouldn't be connected to the internet, until you've had that done by a reputable tech shop.

I meant to post that at the beginning of my reply, then got distracted with card fraud. Up way too late. Sorry I didn't address that most important first step.

 

Banks

So you're trying to log into PayPal from your phone, or do I misunderstand? I can easily log into my PayPal account with my 3rd. Ed. E73.



Depending on where you live and who you bank with, I have found that banks can be very, very fussy about web access. Some allow only Internet Explorer and Firefox from Windows and Macintosh computers...and only specific versions at that! Want to use Opera
with Windows or Firefox with Linux? You're out of luck. (Unless you hack the browser.) If this describes your bank, I suggest you contact their support department, but if they won't budge, please consider moving your money to a more flexible bank. Situations
like this will never change until customers start taking hard stances.

hello my name is im trying to keep hackers away from me and my family. evrytime i get a new bank card i end up having to get another one a different one 4 so for in the pastt 6 months. how can i take care of this
problem. they get into my husband and i bank account and savings which is our sons saving account since he was 2 weeks old have drained it ,,and have ordered lots of things from our bank account had not found out till to late. so what can i do. i just cancelled
one more card this morning.i am having another sent another one sent to me, what does one do Please help me. we have had several thousand dollars stolen from our bank this year more this year badly. so please help me
