Windows 10: I have been having blue screen errors for months

Hii have been getting BSOD errors since i bought my computer close to a year ago. mostly the error message is HYPERVISOR_ERROR but sometimes it is a pure restart with no blue screen.i have changed intelppm value to 4 as advised but it persistsi have sent the laptop back to manufacturers who said they replaced a RAM slot and ran constant tests for days with no issue but upon getting it back it is still occurring, although maybe less often. below is a link to the event viewer system file and the minidump from my crash today.any help will be most appreciated thankyou very muchhttps://drive.google

blue screen issue


after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
