Windows 10: I have been having issues with my PC freezing and bluescreening

about a week ago, one day out of nowhere after joining my friend in a Roblox game, my game had crashed with the error, "CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT". it kept doing this for any Roblox game specifically since thenI had suspected it was maybe I needed to do some updates or something, but everything was up to date, did a malware scan and there was nothing I scanned both using Norton which did nothing, and a separate antivirus app that I don't remember as of nowAt the time I suspected Norton for maybe doing something that was causing the freeze/BSOD.I ended up bringing my laptop in to get it checke

Bluescreens / Freezes


Hey guys,

so i'm having some issues with my Computer. It randomly freezes up when playing games or browsing the web. If this happens no dumpfile is created. Sometimes it bluescreens and creates a dump file. I got 2 different Bluescreens and another one when i debugged my Drivers to check for issues.

Bluescreen 1: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP <- the dumpfile for this bluescreen will be in the ZIP file.
Bluescreen 2: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT <- Sadly there is no dumpfile from this bluescreen so i can't upload it.

All right now when i read stuff up a bit i stumbled across checking my drivers with driver verifier. Then when i rebooted to start again my Computer didn't boot anymore.

Bluescreen 3: DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION <- No Dumpfile aswell

So after resetting my Computer to a save point i checked every driver 1 by 1 to filter out which one is causing the issue.

The Blue Screen only appeared when i checked Intels driver hswultpep.sys

So now i'm kind of lost with what to do from this point since i cant find anything on the internet to solve this driver issue.

Thats why i'm here hoping for some help because this freezing and Blue Screening is really annoying.

Odd Bluescreen Issue

I reinstalled a PC at work recently that always works fine during office hours, but when we come in the next morning it's sitting at a bluescreen. It gave the code 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x00000000, 0x8D393B10, 0x8D3936F0).

It's a fairly new PC I built myself a few months ago, it has an i3, 6GB of DDR3, SSD hard drive, etc. Nothing like this was happening prior to the reinstallation. It seems like something scheduled going on is causing this to crash. I checked Disk Defrag and it was scheduled weekly for Wednesday nights. I turned that off today, but I don't think that's the issue considering it's only scheduled for one night a week and this happens every night.

I can't imagine what else would cause a regular issue like this. Any suggestions?

 

BSOD/ Freeze When Playing Games or Watching Youtube Fullscreen


Did the steps, no bluescreens (there still were pc freezes) and then this hit me today, so I have no idea what's going on...
