Windows 10: i have been hearing adds and i cant get to windows defender

it said to contact IT help desk when i try to open my windows defender and i hear adds it is vary annoying because they play at random if i can get help i would appreciate it my email is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

• 
  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion

BlueSound OS conflict with Windows Defender

I understand that Windows Defender blocks BluOS app. It is very unusual that Windows Defender blocks the app. However, I would suggest you to try adding the app to the Exclusion list of Windows Defender and see if that helps.



To add the application to the Exclusion list, please refer the steps mentioned in the article

Add an exclusion to Windows Security.

No windows defender icon in the notification(system try) area.

We appreciate your response. To further isolate this issue, we suggest that you create a test user profile. Using the test user profile, check if Windows Defender is still not listed under Select which icons appear on the taskbar option. This is for us to
verify if the issue is isolated with one user profile or with multiple accounts.

To create a test user profile, follow these steps:

• Using Cortana search, type Settings and then hit the Enter key.
• In the Settings window, select Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Click Add someone else to this PC.
• Click I don't have this person's sign-in information.
• Click Add a user without a Microsoft account.
• Name the user as TEST and then provide a password.
