I have been locked out of my account for an unknown reason and cannot recover it

I have been locked out of my emails. It will not allow me to recover the account with my phone number says not available now, and when I have done the recovery form, answered personal questions about myself, it is STILL saying I cannot be verified. I'm not sure what more to do. I need access to my emails today.

    :)

  2. BSOD Unknown Reason

The dump file on the 18th was caused by Quick Heal again. The later ones appear to be due to bit flips. I would recommend enabling Driver Verifier on all third-party drivers using the following instructions: 1) Search for verifier using the Start Menu and select the verifier.exe, accept the UAC prompt and you should be presented with the following screen:

    2) Tick the following options as shown below

    3) Ensure that you select the option to enable you to select drivers yourself

    4) Select all drivers which are not Microsoft related and then click the Finish button. Afterwards, please reboot the computer and Driver Verifier will continue to run in the background. Please do not select the drivers which are prefixed with dump_

Lock screen it starts with an unknown account that is not in my accounts. How do I delete it?

On start up the lock screen most of the time opens with an unknown account. I have gone into the registry to try an delete or deactivate it with out success. There are a lot of "accounts" in the Netplwiz>users> advanced. In the first tab "users" there are
two accounts. Correct. When I click advanced there is a list of accounts. I have tried to deactivate those accounts but the unknown account still starts on my lock screen.

When the unknown account shows up it asks for a password. I clicked on it and I had an option to change password and asked me to insert the change password disk. What a change password disk?

I just want my account, Jan Administrator, to show up on startup lock screen and the second one if I click on the lock screen.

    Accounts are:

    Jan Administrator

jnhubb(extra account as recommended by other W 10 it professionals)

Thank you for all your help as I am an newbie to W 10.

I have been locked out of my account for an unknown reason and cannot recover it

Unknown User Account created after upgrading to windows 10. It comes back if I delete it.

    Original Title: Unknown User Account

    Hello,

Since I upgraded to Windows 10 I am seeing an account that I did NOT create. So I deleted it by going into Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > User Accounts > Manage Accounts then I click on the unknown user account and delete it. That said.... It
comes back. I have also followed the below suggestions from other posts and still does not seem to work.

Let’s try simple steps and check if the user account is detecting and try removing it.

    • Press Windows key + R, type netplwiz and press Enter.

    • Check if the user account is appearing on the list.

    • Click on user account and click on Remove. (If user account appear on the list).
    Please advise.

    Thank you
