Discus and support I have been stuck on the "Downloading-0%" Windows Update page for a week while downloading... in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I tried the 5-10 second hard shut down and it's still stuck on downloading I have enough drive space.     I have been stuck on the "Downloading-0%" Windows Update page for a week while downloading...


    I tried the 5-10 second hard shut down and it's still stuck on downloading I have enough drive space. What am I to do?
